All items shipped by ourselves will be adequately packaged and transported by one of our reputable delivery partners. All items are fully insured during transportation, however, it remains the responsibility of the purchaser/signatory to thoroughly check the items on arrival for any possible damage sustained during transit. Failure to notify the courier of any defects at the time of delivery unfortunately invalidates our insurance which then results in the items becoming un-returnable as per our returns policy. Returns

Thirteen Interiors would like all clients to be 100% happy with their purchases, and with this in mind, we offer a full refund or exchange for any purchases made within a 7 day period. Returns or exchanges after this time are only permitted if agreed with us in advance or at the time of purchase. If on delivery you find that your goods are either damaged or faulty, then we shall of course offer a full refund or exchange – please refer to our shipping policy for details. All charges in regard to the return of any items to us, (unless damaged or faulty), will be borne by the purchaser. Please note that all goods must be returned and received in the same condition as that in which they were sold. If using a courier/delivery company for the return of these goods then it is strongly recommended that these items are fully insured during transit in case of possible damage. Unfortunately should your items arrive back to us in a damaged or faulty condition we would not be able to honour your refund or exchange and any claim for compensation would have to be met through your insurance policy, where applicable.
